Terms of Service

“Shock XR”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Shock XR LLC, based in Boca Raton, Florida, USA. POST CRAZY is part of the Shock XR ecosystem at xr2030.com.

POST CRAZY gives you a team of AI-powered XR Agents (SCOTTY and platform specialists) that help you plan, write and generate images, videos and captions for your social media.

POST CRAZY does not currently connect to or post on any social network for you. Your agents create posts and queue them for your approval; you decide what to publish and you publish it yourself.

By creating an account or using POST CRAZY you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use POST CRAZY for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for all activity under your account.

Tell us right away at the contact details below if you think your account has been used without your permission.

You keep ownership of the text, images, brand details and other material you upload (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to host, process and display Your Content only to run POST CRAZY for you.

Content your XR Agents generate for you (“Agent Output”) is created by AI. It may be inaccurate, similar to content made for others, or unsuitable. Review every post before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish and for following each social network’s rules.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, including other people’s photos, music, logos or trademarks.

You agree not to use POST CRAZY to:

1. (a)break any law or anyone’s rights, including privacy, publicity and intellectual-property rights;
2. (b)create spam, misleading advertising, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence;
3. (c)generate deceptive images or video of real people without their consent;
4. (d)probe, overload or try to get around the security or usage limits of the service, or prompt agents to reveal non-public instructions or other users’ data;
5. (e)resell or give others access to your account without our written permission.

We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules.

The Free plan includes a limited number of posts per month. Plan limits and features are shown on the Pricing page.

Paid plans are not open yet and we do not take payments on POST CRAZY today. If you join a waitlist, you will not be charged. Before any paid plan opens we will show its price, billing cycle and renewal terms, and you will only be charged after you agree to them at checkout.

POST CRAZY runs on third-party services, including Base44 (hosting and data) and AI model providers that generate text, images, video and voice. Their own terms may apply to their part of the service.

Social networks are independent of us. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or rule changes.

POST CRAZY, SCOTTY, the XR Agents, the Shock XR name and logos, and the software and design of the service belong to Shock XR or its licensors. These Terms give you no rights in them except the right to use the service as described here.

You can stop using POST CRAZY and ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shock XR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shock XR’s total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or US $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to POST CRAZY, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any such dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you and Shock XR each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update this Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice on the site or by email before it takes effect.

If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms applies to you.
