Privacy Policy

POST CRAZY is operated by Shock XR LLC, Boca Raton, Florida, USA, as part of the Shock XR ecosystem (xr2030.com).

We collect what you choose to give us, including:

1. (a)account details such as your name, email address and sign-in information (including Google sign-in if you use it);
2. (b)your onboarding answers, brand profile, business details and the social handles or page links you enter;
3. (c)prompts, messages to SCOTTY and the XR Agents, uploaded files, and the posts and media you create;
4. (d)your email address if you join a plan waitlist.

We do not ask for or store social-media passwords, and we do not collect payment card details on POST CRAZY.

When you use the service we and our hosting provider collect technical data such as device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and usage events, so we can run, secure and improve the service.

If you use voice chat with SCOTTY or the agents, your browser captures your speech after you allow microphone access. Depending on your browser, speech recognition may be processed by the browser provider’s servers. Agent replies may be turned into speech by a text-to-speech provider.

We use information to:

1. (a)provide POST CRAZY, including generating content, running your agents and showing your dashboard;
2. (b)remember your brand and preferences so the agents can personalize their work;
3. (c)keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms;
4. (d)contact you about your account, the waitlist or important changes;
5. (e)understand how the service is used and improve it.

Your prompts, brand details and uploaded content are sent to AI model providers to generate text, images, video and voice for you. We send only what is needed for each request.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

1. (a)with service providers that host the service and process data for us, such as Base44 and AI model providers, under obligations to protect it;
2. (b)with other Shock XR ecosystem services when you ask to be connected to them;
3. (c)when required by law or to protect rights, safety and the security of the service;
4. (d)as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls that limit each user’s data to that user and our administrators. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can view and update your profile in the app, and you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them as required.

You can turn off microphone access in your browser settings at any time.

POST CRAZY is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice on the site or by email before it takes effect.

If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the updated Privacy Policy applies to you.
